Reignwood Park · Phase 1 Aquatic

Reignwood Park
Aquatic Setup & Operational Excellence
A phased operating development plan for a premium members-only sports and wellness destination. Phase 1 focuses on the aquatic scope — curriculum, coach training, SOP design, safety protocol and ERP.
A phased operating plan
for a premium members-only club.
Phase 1 proposal for Reignwood Park Sports Complex — Aquatic scope only. Prepared for executive review and commercial discussion.
Phase 1 — Aquatic
Priority launch scope covering swim academy curriculum, aquatic coach training, SOP design, safety protocol, ERP, implementation, and post-launch advisory.
Swimming First
Aligned with the client's stated priority order — swim scope is delivered first, ahead of non-aquatic operations.
Phased & Costed
Structured as phased, costed deliverables per the 06-23 client request — not a single lump-sum package.
Internal Build
Coach development model favours an internal build on two-year contracts, over external hire — matched to the client's staffing philosophy.
Management Support
Monthly advisory and onsite operational support from October 2026 through June 2027 — beginning before opening.
Phase 2 Ready
Non-aquatic operations — football, running tracks, sports courts, fitness, rehabilitation and spa — follow in a defined Phase 2 workstream.
Full hospitality
high-performance coaches.
Three pillars, one coach — the standard expected at a luxury, members-only complex.
- 01Most sport facilities train coaches on technical skill only.
- 02Safety is treated as compliance, not culture.
- 03Hospitality is treated as a front-desk function, not a coaching competency.
Technical Mastery
Stroke mechanics, sport-specific skill, and structured progression coaching.
SSI / sport-specific frameworks
Safety Culture
Risk anticipation, incident prevention, and calm command under pressure.
Aviation-grade Human Factors & CRM methodology
Hospitality Excellence
Member care, communication, service recovery, and emotional intelligence.
Luxury hospitality service standards
"We do not train sport technicians. We train full hospitality, high-performance coaches — built on the same safety discipline used in commercial aviation, and the same service standard expected in luxury hospitality."
Staffing is the client's bottleneck — 165 FTE target. Quality of hire matters as much as quantity.
The complex is positioned as premium and members-only. Technical-only coaches undersell that positioning.
Safety culture reduces incident and liability risk at scale, across pools, courts, and pitches.
Hospitality-trained coaches drive retention and membership value — not just class delivery.
Two proven systems.
One coaching standard.
Phase 1 curriculum and coach training are built on two internationally recognised systems already operated in Thailand by B and B Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd. — SSI for structured swim-school progression, and Total Immersion for adult stroke mastery.
SSI — Swim School International
A global swim-instructor certification and swim-centre accreditation network. Standardised curriculum, instructor pathway, and operational support — from private studios to large-scale aquatic facilities.
Proven across Thailand. B and B Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd. already operates SSI Accredited Swim Centres at multiple sites — including Fishlike Thailand, STAGE Swim Academy, Quantum Young, and others — a field-tested rollout, not a first attempt.
Why it matters for Reignwood: global recognition, standardised delivery across all coaches, documented safety protocols, and a visible certification pathway that supports premium pricing and member retention.
Swim Teacher Level 1
Ages 3–17 beginner — water confidence, safety, beginner stroke development.
Swim Teacher Level 2
Ages 5–17 intermediate — competitive stroke, endurance, coordination.
Swim Teacher Adult
Confidence-building for adults, structured progression through fear of water.
Swim Teacher Baby
Parent-guided infant & toddler familiarization — family membership lead-in.
React Right
Emergency response & safety certification — baseline across all instructors.
Level 1 → Level 2 → Adult / Baby specialisation, with React Right as the safety baseline. A clear career track that improves retention and reduces coach turnover.
Total Immersion — Fishlike Swimming
Founded in 1989 by Terry Laughlin, Total Immersion changed how the world thinks about "swimming well" — from work harder to swim smarter. Skill, balance, and flow replace brute arm-and-leg power. TI's best-selling book has sold 275,000+ copies and its demonstration videos have drawn 2.2M+ views.
Balance
Horizontal, relaxed float — no heavy kicking just to stay up.
Streamline
Body shaped like a vessel to cut through water (~1,000× denser than air).
Core-driven stroke
Power from hip & torso rotation, not the arms alone.
"Fitness is the byproduct of better skill — not the starting point."
TI's Kaizen philosophy — continuous, lifelong refinement.
Held by B and B Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd.
In 2026, Coach Boat (Capt. Sasitat Kulsuptrakul), Managing Director of B and B Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd., secured the exclusive Total Immersion franchise for Thailand for a five-year term (2026–2031).
For Reignwood, this means adult-member stroke mastery, triathlete-ready coaching, and video stroke analysis are delivered by Thailand's sole licensed operator — not a second-hand adaptation.
